No. This isn’t an art class. It’s about having fun and exploring yourself and your life in a creative and imaginative way.
There is no right or wrong. It’s about your process and what your artwork means for you. It’s a therapeutic and gentle way of supporting your emotional wellbeing.

Each workshop includes a creative activity to explore a different theme.
It consists of Art Therapy exercises combined with mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Learn to use art-making as a meditative resource for calming and strengthening the mind. You will be able to reflect and share your experience with the group, only if you would like to. You will leave feeling calmer and grounded.
These workshops are fun and a great opportunity to connect with your creative self and to meet other like-minded people. You will be empowered with the tools to discover your own inner resources and strengths and bring healing into your life.
